Terms of Service

These terms apply to this store and to every order placed through it. Please read them before buying. By completing an order you confirm that you accept them.

1. Who we are

This store sells concert tickets, hotel rooms sold alongside those events, printed publications and merchandise. Contact details are on the contact page.

2. Placing an order

An order is an offer to buy, not a completed contract. The contract forms when we send confirmation that the order has been accepted. We may decline or cancel an order before that point, including where an item is out of stock, where a price or description was wrong, or where we suspect fraudulent use of a payment method. If we cancel, anything already charged is refunded in full.

3. Prices and payment

Prices are shown in pounds sterling and are the full amount payable. There are no delivery charges, because nothing is posted. Payment is taken at checkout. If a pricing error is obvious and could reasonably have been recognised as an error, we are not obliged to supply at the wrong price.

4. Tickets

Each ticket admits the named number of people to one event at the stated venue, date and time. Entry is subject to the venue's own conditions, including age limits, security searches and rules on recording equipment. Tickets are sold for personal use and may not be resold for profit or used for commercial promotion without written permission.

If an event is rescheduled, tickets normally remain valid for the new date. If an event is cancelled, the ticket price is refunded. Neither we nor the organiser is responsible for travel or accommodation booked separately around a cancelled or rescheduled event, except where a room was bought through this store as part of the same order.

5. Hotel rooms

Rooms are sold for the single night stated on the product page. The hotel's own check-in and check-out times, deposit rules and house rules apply. Distances shown to a venue are given in good faith and measured door to door, but routes and travel times vary.

6. Merchandise and print

Product images are illustrative. Colours can vary between screens and between print runs. Sizes are approximate and should be treated as a guide.

7. How orders reach you

Everything bought through this store is delivered by email once payment clears, normally within a few minutes. Nothing is posted, and no delivery address is collected at checkout.

Where an order includes a physical item, the confirmation email carries a document setting out what was bought and where it can be claimed. Risk in a physical item passes to you when you take possession of it. Because nothing is shipped across a border, no import duty, tax or customs handling fee arises.

8. Your right to cancel

Consumers buying online have a statutory right to cancel some orders within 14 days, but it does not reach everything sold here.

It does not generally apply to tickets for a specific dated event, or to accommodation booked for a specific date. That is a standing exception in consumer law rather than a term imposed by this store.

For content delivered immediately by email, the right is lost once delivery has begun, where you gave express consent to it beginning straight away and acknowledged that the right would be lost.

For a physical item claimed in person, the 14 days run from the day you take possession of it.

9. Acceptable use

Do not attempt to disrupt the store, place automated bulk orders, or use it to break the law. We may suspend access where we reasonably believe this is happening.

10. Liability

We do not exclude or limit liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud. Subject to that, our liability for any order is limited to the amount paid for it. We are not liable for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable.

11. Changes

These terms may change. The version that applies to your order is the one published when the order was placed.

12. Law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and disputes may be brought in the courts of England and Wales. If you live elsewhere in the UK or the EU, you keep the protection of the mandatory consumer law of your own country.
