FAQ

When will I receive my ticket?

Straight after payment. Your ticket arrives by email as a QR code, and that same email has buttons to add it to Apple Wallet or Google Wallet. Check your spam folder if it has not appeared within a few minutes.

Can I add my ticket to Apple Wallet or Google Wallet?

Yes. Your ticket email carries an Add to Apple Wallet and an Add to Google Wallet button — one tap and the ticket sits on your phone alongside your cards. The pass is stored on the device, so it opens at the door even with no signal in the venue. If you would rather not use a wallet, the QR code in the email scans just as well from your screen or on paper.

I added parking, VIP or a hotel — where is that?

Those arrive in a second email, separate from your ticket. It links to a page holding everything else on the order: VIP packages, parking, merchandise, and your hotel booking reference. Your concert ticket stays in the first email and in your wallet. If only one email has arrived, give the other a few minutes and check your spam folder.

What is the difference between the categories?

GA Standing is unreserved floor space in front of the stage. Cat 1 is the closest seated block, Cat 2 sits behind it, and Cat 3 is the upper tier — which is why Cat 3 is the cheapest seated option. The seat map shows where each sits.

Are seats numbered?

Cat 1, Cat 2 and Cat 3 are numbered and allocated when you buy. GA Standing is unreserved and admitted in order of arrival.

Can I add a VIP package to a ticket I already have?

Yes. VIP packages are sold separately and work alongside any ticket category.

Can I get a refund?

Tickets are refundable if the show is cancelled or rescheduled. Add Ticket Protection at checkout to cover other circumstances.

Can I transfer my ticket to someone else?

Yes. Transfer it from the ticket itself rather than forwarding the email — a wallet pass does not move by forwarding, and the new holder needs the ticket in their own name. Only the first scan is admitted.
